All quotations are estimated journey charges, are valid for 30 days they do not include tolls, TFL congestion Charge. They do include all parking fees. Gratuities are at the Customer’s discretion.
Airport pick-ups 60 Minutes inclusive. Your Chauffeur will enter the arrivals hall 30 minutes after the actual flight arrival time unless otherwise requested. This means that if you get into the car within the first 60 minutes of the arrival time then there is no waiting time. However if you get into the car after 60 minutes then waiting time is chargeable. We charge waiting time at £34.00 per hour in six minute segments. For non Airport pick ups waiting time will start 15 minutes after the requested collection time.
The Chauffeur will take the most optimal route, unless the client gives specific instructions or prevailing traffic conditions dictate. Changes made to the route made at the Customers request are welcomed but are made at the risk of the passenger.
The Chauffeuring Group Ltd reserve the right to charge for any extra mileage or expenses incurred for a requested deviation in route.
In the event of a Customer “no show” the company reserve the right to charge in full.
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire the company reserve the right to charge 50% of the fee.
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire the company reserve the right to charge in full.
Surcharges will apply for all journeys carried out on Bank Holidays in England & Wales along with a journey that starts or finishes between Midnight & 5.00 am as follows.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day 100%
All other Bank Holidays 50%
Unsociable hours surcharge for journeys that start or finish between Midnight & 5.00am 20%
The Chauffeuring Group Ltd and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passengers.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle on hire to them and will be charged for any repair or a valeting fee required to restore a vehicle to working order. The Chauffeuring Group Ltd maintain a strict no smoking policy in all its vehicles.
All of our Chauffeurs are licensed by South Cambridgeshire District Council. All vehicles are covered by Public Liability Insurance. All vehicles have current Certificate of Compliance. The Chauffeuring Group Ltd have an Operators Licence issued by South Cambridgeshire District Council. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate for late payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts(Interest) Act of 1998.
The Chauffeuring Group Ltd accept payment by most major credit & debit cards but a surcharge of 3% will apply. Payment can also be made by cheque, BACS & Paypal.
These terms & conditions are governed by and are subject to the laws of England & Wales. The Chauffeuring Group Ltd and the Customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
The Chauffeuring Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property. In the event of property being left in a vehicle, we will gladly organise the return of these items. This service will be chargeable.
The Chauffeuring Group Ltd shall be under no liability to the customer whatsoever for any indirect loss or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of breach by the Company of these terms & conditions.
In the event of any claim against The Chauffeuring Group Ltd arising out of its performance of hire, the Company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the journey. Any other payments will be at the discretion of the Company.
The Chauffeuring Group Ltd use of personal information, supplied by you, is governed by our privacy policy. To provide our service to you, as a customer of The Chauffeuring Group Ltd, we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, the booker and or the passengers name, address, phone number along with payment card details. By providing this information to The Chauffeuring Group Ltd, you are agreeing to allow us to utilise this information to complete all services you request to us.
We would never pass your personal information to, or allow access to your personal information by third party service providers or organisations. We may however disclose or process personal and sensitive data to organisations where we have a legal obligation to do so, thereby complying with the Data Protection Act(DPA) 1998.
